Whether you are a new yogi or simply interested in deepening your practice, a private session can enhance your understanding of yoga and fine tune your physical alignment within the postures. These sessions are not just about learning yoga postures, but about understanding your body’s specific needs and knowing how to move safely and effectively. A private session is a great opportunity to work on a specific pose, or to tone, strengthen, and relieve tension within a specific area of the body. Practice yin, vinyasa, hatha, myofascial release, meditation, or a combination of any of these modalities.
